On January 15, 2020, the Bank’s Board of Directors decided to terminate powers
of Yerbolat Marlenovich Sabyrgaliyev, who was a member of the Management Board
of ATFBank, as of January 16, 2020, and to defines the makeup of ATFBank’s
Management Board as five people:
1) Sergey Kovalenko, chairman of the Management Board;
2) Yermek Yesbolovich Arginov, a member of the Management Board;
3) Anar Abilkhanovna Akhimbekova, a member of the Management Board;
4) Nurken Mukhametkarimovich Dosmukhambetov, a member of the Management Board;
5) Anton Konstantinovich Lee, a member of the Management Board.
