/KASE, January 16, 2020/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided on January 15, 2020 to include
international bonds XS0474660676 (GB_LOYDe1, KZT2.0 bn; with no fixed term;
circulation start date – December 16, 2009; semiannual coupon 12.00 % APR,
30/360) of LLOYDS BANK PLC (United Kingdom, London) to KASE Official List under
category "bonds" of the main market.
NGDEM Finance (Almaty) is the initiator of admittance of these bonds.
This decision of the Management Board came into effect on January 16, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
More details on the issue of these bonds will be released on KASE website upon
entry into force of the mentioned decision of the Management Board.
