/KASE, January 16, 2020/ – The National Bank of Kazakhstan has chosen A.M.
Moldabekova, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, to be its
representative in the Board of Directors of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Securities Market, two
representatives from the authorized body (The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on Regulation and Development of the Financial Market) and from the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan are members of the KASE Board of Directors on a
permanent basis with the right to vote.
