KASE Management Board decided to include Baspana Mortgage Organization’s bonds KZ2C00006476 (BASPb7) and KZ2C00006484 (BASPb8) in KASE Official List alternative market’s 'bonds' category

/KASE, January 15, 2020/ –Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made the decision on January 14, 2020, to include the following bonds of Baspana Mortgage Organization (Almaty) in the alternative market’s category "bonds" of the KASE Official List. - KZ2C00006476 (KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 5 years, annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00006484 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 3 years, annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360). The date of this Management Board decision’s entry into force will be communicated later. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Issues of these bonds are the first and second issues within the second bond program of Baspana Mortgage Organization registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on December 27, 2019 for the total amount of KZT350.0 bn. These bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) BASPb7 and BASPb8, accordingly.
