/KASE, January 14, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided an extract from the shareholder registers of SOKOLOVKA (Kostanay region), hereinafter – the Company) as at January 1, 2020 to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the Company makes up 1,300,000 pieces; - 1,120,269 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is KS HOLDING GROUP S.A.R.L.
