/KASE, January 14, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided an extract from the shareholder registers of Halyk Insurance Company Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company) as at January 1, 2020 to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the Сompany makes up 716,966 pieces; - 629,762 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company bought back 830 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the Company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares is Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan, who owns 628,855 common shares of the Company (99.86% of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares or 99.99% of the total number of the Company's outstanding common shares).
