/KASE, January 14, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of ForteBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank) as at January 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the Bank makes up 150,003,000,000 pieces; - 92,387,104,089 common shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the Bank bought back 2,893,522,817 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Bank's outstanding shares is B.Utemuratov, who owns 80,629,447,285 common shares of the Bank (87.27% of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares or 90.10% of the total number of the bank's outstanding common shares).
