Extract from Samruk-Energy's shareholder registers as at January 1, 2020

/KASE, January 13, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided an extract from the shareholder registers of Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan, hereinafter – the Company) as at January 1, 2020 to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the Company makes up 8,602,187 pieces; - 5,601,687 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
