/KASE, January 9, 2020/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated
December 30, 2019 the following changes were made to the Management Board:
- D. Enkebaev, member of the Management Board, deputy Chairman of the
Management Board, removed;
- I. Kairbekov – member of the Management Board, deputy Chairman of the
Management Board, appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Housing Construction
Savings Bank of Kazakhstan consists of seven persons: L. Ibragimova, I. Kairbekov,
N. Akshanov, M. Beisembaev, A. Aidarbekova, A. Kozhanbaev, Zh. Zhubaniyazova.
