/KASE, December 31, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in accordance with
its internal document "Methodology for Determining Liquidity Indicators of
Securities" (Methodology) composed lists of shares, depositary receipts and
securities of investment funds (hereinafter – Securities lists) of the first,
second and third classes of liquidity for January 2020 out of those admitted to
circulation on KASE.
The lists were approved by a decision of the Committee on Indices and Securities
Valuation of December 25, 2019 and had been composed for the purpose of applying
the regulations of KASE's internal documents to securities contained therein.
Below is the list of securities of the first class of liquidity, effective from
January 1 to January 31, 2020 (securities' titles are indicated in the descending
order of their liquidity):
1) common shares GB00B0HZPV38 (KASE main market, "standard" category, GB_KZMS)
of KAZ Minerals PLC;
2) common shares KZ1C00000959 (KASE main market, "premium" category, KEGC) of
KEGOC;

4) common shares KZ000A0LE0S4 (KASE main market, "premium" category, HSBK) of
Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan;
5) common shares KZ1C00000876 (KASE main market, "premium" category, KCEL) of
Kcell;
6) common shares KZ0009093241 (KASE main market, "premium" category, KZTK) of
Kazakhtelecom;
7) common shares US3563901046 (KASE alternative market, "shares" category,
US_FRHC) of Freedom Holding Corp.;
8) shares IE00BG0C3K84 (IE_FXBF) of segregated sub-fund FinEx FFIN Kazakhstan
Equity ETF issued by the alternative investment fund FinEx Physically Backed
Funds Plc;
9) common shares KZ0007786572 (KASE main market, "standard" category, CCBN) of
Bank CenterCredit;
10) common shares RU0007661625 (KASE main market, "standard" category, RU_GAZP)
of Gazprom OJSC;
11) common shares KZ1C00001619 (KASE main market, "standard" category, KZAP) of
National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom".
The following changes have taken places compared to the current list of securities
of the first class of liquidity formed for December 2019:
- shares IE00BG0C3K84 (IE_FXBF) of segregated sub-fund FinEx FFIN Kazakhstan
Equity ETF issued by the alternative investment fund FinEx Physically Backed
Funds Plc were included in the list;
- common shares GB00BGP6Q951 (GB_NTRM) of NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC and common shares
RU0009029540 (RU_SBER) of Sberbank PJSC were excluded from the list.
