/KASE, December 27, 2019/ – The Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE, or the Exchange) on November 26, 2019 approved conclusion of the following
additional agreements with OJSC "Moscow Exchange MMVB-RTS" (MOEX), a person,
related with the Exchange by special relationships:
1) Additional agreement No. 2 to Agreement on strategic cooperation dated
October 10, 2018;
2) Additional agreement No. 1 to the License contract dated October 10, 2018;
3) Additional agreement No. 3 to the Contract on provision of technical
services on the stock market dated October 10, 2018;
4) Additional agreement No. 1 the Contract on provision of technical services
on the currency market dated October 10, 2018.
Said additional agreements were signed by KASE and MOEX on December 26, 2019.
We remind you that on October 10, 2018 the Exchange and MOEX signed an Agreement
