/KASE, December 18, 2019, re-distributed due to the issuer providing an updated document/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 6, 2019 K. Ziyayev – a member of the executive body – was removed from the composition of the executive body.

Taking into account said changes, the executive body of Atameken-Agro consists of four persons: K. Islamov, A. Dyusembaev, N. Ospanov, A. Sajitova.
