/KASE, December 13, 2019/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by the sole shareholders of December 6, 2019 the following
changes were made to Board of Directors:
- Richard Evans, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director,
Wilhelm Bender, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director,
were excluded;
- John Dudas, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director, Ong
Boon Hwee, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director, and
K.K. Mazhibayev, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director,
were elected.
Currently, Board of Directors of Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna comprises
eight people: A.U. Mamin, T.M. Suleimenov, R.E. Dalenov, A.S. Yesimov, Alper
Akdeniz, John Dudas, Ong Boon Hwee, K.K. Mazhibayev.
