/KASE, December 13, 2019/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on January 15, 2019
at 11:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting
of shareholders;
- on the approval of the updated charter of the company;
- on concluding major interested party transactions by the company;
- on payment of remuneration to a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
