/KASE, December 13, 2019/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will start on December 27, 2019 at 11:00
o'clock. The meeting's agenda includes the following issues:
- renaming Leasing Group JSC to Tengri Partners Commercial Finance (Kazakhstan)
JSC and making relevant changes to the charter and other documents of Leasing
Group JSC;
- changing the makeup of the Board of Directors of the company.
