/KASE, December 11, 2019/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of its sole shareholder taken on December 10, 2019 "to approve the long-term budget of Mangistaumunaigaz for 2019-2020 under the article "Conduct of high-definition seismic surveying 3Д-MOGT at fields Burmasha, South Zhetibay and Asar" in the amount of KZT2,350,000,000 without VAT".
