/KASE, December 10, 2019/ – Mega Center Management (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on November 29, 2019.
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve separate annual financial statements and consolidated financial
statements of the company for 2018;
- to approve separate annual financial statements for Q3 2019;
Overall, the decisions on five issues were made at the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders.
