/KASE, December 9, 2019/ – London-Almaty Insurance Company (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by the decision of the Board of Directors of December 4, 2019 the following
changes were made to the makeup of the Management Board:
- M.A. Raspopin, deputy chairman of the Management Board and a member of the
Management Board, has been excluded;
- B.M. Zhazdykbay, deputy chairman of the Management Board and a member of the
Management Board, has been elected.
Given these changes, London-Almaty Insurance Company’s Management Board consists
of four people: D.D. Akhmetzhanova, B.M. Zhazdykbay,U.E. Shardarbekov and A.T.
Bekeshov.
