National Bank announces transfer of functions on provision of public services to Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of financial market from January 1, 2020

/KASE, December 5, 2019/ – The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the following communiqué: quote On transfer of functions on provision of public services to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market On July 3, 2019 the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On making amendments to some statutory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issue of regulation and development of the financial market, micro-financing activities and taxation" was adopted, according to which functions on provision of public services in the field of state regulation, control and surveillance of the financial market and financial organizations from January 1, 2019 will be transferred to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market (hereinafter – the Agency). In this respect, in the DS "SDB EL" will be improved accordingly. We ask you to note these circumstances when submitting applications for public services (by the end of December of this year – to the National Bank or from January 1, 2020 – to the Agency). 1.
