Halyk Finance (Almaty, in the heading and hereinafter – Halyk Finance), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the following:

International Rating Agency Fitch Ratings has upgraded Halyk Finance's long-term
Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) in foreign currency and local currency from
'BB' to 'ВВ+', outlook Positive.
Agency Fitch Ratings has also affirmed the short-term IDR of Halyk Finance in
foreign and local currency at 'B' and the support rating at '3'.
