/KASE, December 4, 2019/ – National Atomic Company Kazatomprom (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders
held on December 4, 2019 "to choose PricewaterhouseCoopers as an audit firm for
conducting the audit of consolidated and separate financial statements of the
National Atomic Company Kazatomprom in accordance with the International Financial
Reporting Standards for 2020, 2021 and 2022".
