/KASE, December 4, 2019/ – Fincraft Group (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision
of the sole shareholder of November 29, 2019, the following changes were made to
the makeup of the Management Board:
- K.Kh. Rakishev, the chairman of the Management Board, has been excluded;
- P.A. Mynzhanov, the chairman of the Management Board, and B.A. Mykazhanov,
deputy chairman of the Management Board, have been elected.
Given these changes, Fincraft Group’s Management Board comprises four people:
P.A. Mynzhanov, A.A. Orumbayeva, B.A. Mykazhanov and B. Ibragimuly.
