/KASE, November 28, 2019/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release dated November 28, 2019: quote Maintenance – free communication centres (MFCC) – separate compact premises, designed for installation of telecommunication equipment. Previously, the centres were rooms in which the staff was on duty around the clock, and they did not meet modern requirements for the operation of equipment. Construction of own MFCC allowed to refuse round-the-clock presence of communication engineers, to organize centralized control and management of all MFNC systems. The systems of climate control, fire extinguishing, video surveillance, and access control have been modernized. Alternative power sources have been successfully introduced. Construction of the MFCC began in 2013. Over the next 4 years, 26 MFCC facilities were built along the pipeline system. As a result, for 3 years from the date of commissioning of new equipment, the economic effect of more than KZT430 million was obtained by reducing the cost of renting premises from third-party operators and reducing the frequency of planned preventive maintenance of communication systems. "The equipment at these centres, in contrast to the usual, does not require monthly maintenance; currently scheduled maintenance work is carried out once every six months. All MFCC equipment is fitted with remote monitoring systems and, in case of emergency situations, allows one to respond quickly and timely troubleshoot", - said Alimzhan Dyusenov, Managing Director of KazTransOil JSC. unquote [2019-11-28]
