On November 22, 2019 Moody's Investors Service downgraded the long-term
corporate family rating of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC from В2 (with negative
outlook) to Саа2 (with negative outlook). This rating is also valid for
Zhaikmunai LLP, which is part of the corporate family Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC.
