/KASE, November 19, 2019/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on November 15, 2019:
- to choose BDO Kazakhstan as the company's auditor for 2019;
- to approve amendments to provisions on the company's invested capital
reserve.
