/KASE, November 19, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 15, 2019 the following
changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: K. Suleimenov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
S. Seifullin – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- appointed: A. Chukin – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
S. Ayupova – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank
Alfa-Bank consists of seven persons: I. Poz, I. Pyatkov, O. Syisuev, A. Chukin,
E. Dyuisemalieva, S. Ayupova, Brawn David Mark.
