/KASE, November 6, 2019/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed
KASE that the following changes were made in the makeup of the Management Board
of the bank by the decision of the Board of Directors of November 5, 2019:
– B.O Pirmatov, chairman of the Management Board, and D.Zh. Kozhasbayev, a member
of the Management Board and deputy chairman of the Management Board, were
excluded;
– A.T. Kayip, chairman of the Management Board, and M.B. Shaikhislamov, a member
of the Management Board and deputy chairman of the Management Board, were
elected.
Given these changes, currently, Al Saqr Finance’s Management Board comprises
three people: A.T. Kayip, M.B. Shaikhislamov, A.E. Khamidullin and G.S. Makhanova.
