KazTransGaz Aimak repays KZT7.7 bn loan

/KASE, November 5, 2019/ – KazTransGaz Aimak (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release of November 5, 2019: quote KazTransGaz Aimak, a subsidiary of KazTransGaz JSC (hereinafter – the Company) has fully repaid the debt on a loan obtained from Eurasian Development Bank on November 1, 2016 at an interest rate of 11% APR. On account of the borrowed funds the Company has implemented a scheme of gasification, modernization and reconstruction of Aktobe region's gas supply network. The complete repayment of the loan was carried out on schedule out of the Company's own resources. The timely repayment of the loan witnesses of the Company's financial stability, as well as of an effective borrowing policy.
