/KASE, October 28, 2019/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company"
(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated
October 23, 2019 on increasing the company's liabilities by an amount making up
ten or more percent of its equity, by way of issuing bonds in the total amount
of KZT60.0 bn.
