Subscription to international bonds XS2069962343 of International Finance Corporation is held on KASE today

/KASE, October 22, 2019/ – An initial offering of international bonds XS2069962343 of International Finance Corporation (IFC) is held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of subscription to them. "Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan)" JSC (hereinafter – the Seller) acts as the seller during the subscription to said bonds. The nominal amount of bonds being offered – up to KZT15,000,000,000. As the price an order must indicate the yield to maturity denominated in annual percentage with accuracy of up to the second decimal place. In case of market orders, the "yield at market" is indicated as the price. The number of financial instruments in an order must be represented by the nominal volume in tenge. The minimum lot is KZT1,000. The subscription conditions contain no restrictions on buyers with regard to the maximum number of bonds in orders submitted. Orders for the subscription will be collected on October 22, 2019 from 11:00 to 16:30 o'clock Almaty time (ALT). Limit and market orders submitted to KASE trading system by the closed method will be accepted during the subscription. Market order execution rate – 30 %. The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the Exchange is October 22, 2019; the date of provision of the register of executed orders by the Seller to the Exchange is October 22, 2019; the settlement date is October 28, 2019.
