According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C55410019 of the Company makes up 8,602,187 pieces; - 5,601,687 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
