/KASE, October 15, 2019/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decision
of its sole shareholder dated October 14, 2019:
- to choose Ernst & Young as auditor for conducting the audit of a separate
financial statements of the company for 2019 and the audit of consolidated
financial statements for six months and 12 months and for conducting interim
procedures on the results of nine months of 2019;
- to approve the adjusted long-term budget of the company for 2017-2021 as part
of the procurement of medical services for the company personnel.
