/KASE, October 14, 2019/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Nur-Sultan, hereinafter – the bank), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C47810011 of the bank makes up 2,119,519 units; - 2,107,570 common shares of the bank are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares is National managing holding Baiterek JSC, owning 2,107,570 common shares of the bank (100.00% of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares).
