whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a communiqué "regarding the assignment on October 9, 2019 to
the Company of the long-term and short-term issuer credit ratings at "B/B", as
well as the rating on the national scale – "kzBBB-" from rating agency "S&P Global
Ratings".
