/KASE, October 4, 2019, re-distributed due to the issuer providing update/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following: quote ... rating agency Moody's Investors Service (hereinafter – the Agency) has affirmed the Bank's long-term foreign- and local currency Issuer rating at "Baa3" and revised the outlook on the rating from "Stable" to "Positive".
