/CORRECT/ Development Bank of Kazakhstan says Moody's Investors Service affirmed ratings of bank and bonds, outlook revised from Stable to Positive
/KASE, October 4, 2019, re-distributed due to the issuer providing update/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

... rating agency Moody's Investors Service (hereinafter – the Agency) has affirmed the Bank's long-term foreign- and local currency Issuer rating at "Baa3" and revised the outlook on the rating from "Stable" to "Positive".
At the same time, long-term ratings of the Bank's senior unsecured debt obligations (ISIN: XS0220743776, XS0248160102, XS1814863335, XS1734574137, KZ2C00003002) were affirmed by the Agency at "Baa3".
