Leasing Group’s shareholders decided to change the makeup of the company’s Board of Directors and to chose Grant Thornton to carry out audit for 2019
/KASE, September 9, 2019/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on August 29, 2019:
- To terminate the powers of O.A. Zhandosov, an independent director;
- To elect M.A. Dzhaukenov, an independent director;
- To choose Grant Thornton as an audit firm for audit 2019.
