/KASE, September 6, 2019/ – Baspana Mortgage Organization (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision of the sole shareholder of September 3, 2019, following people were elected to the Management Board: A.N. Suankulova, a member of of the Management Board and Managing Director, A.B. Abishev, a member of of the Management Board and Managing Director.

Given these changes, currently, Baspana Mortgage Organization’s Management Board comprises five people: E.S. Ospanov, T.Kh. Ospanov, T.Kh. Baidosov, R.E. Kydykov, A.N. Suankulov, A.B. Abishev.
