/KASE, September 6, 2019/ – Crystal Management (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "The Extraordinary General Meeting of Crystal Management's shareholders scheduled for September 3, 2019, where decisions were to be made by absentee voting without conducting a physical meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders, failed to take place due to no quorum".
