/KASE, September 5, 2019/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
pledging its assets on September 2, 2019.
The value of the pledged assets makes up KZT2,984,000,000.00 and KZT2,088,916,041.50.
The percentage ratio of the pledged assets to the total amount of the issuers'
assets is 24.41 and 17.09 respectively.
