/KASE, September 4, 2019/ – International airport of Almaty (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 26, 2019.
The shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2018;
- to pay out dividends to the sole shareholder on ordinary shares of the
company in the amount of KZT2,695,317 th., to spend the remainder in the
amount of KZT2,695,317 th. on development of the company.
