/KASE, September 4, 2019/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 29, 2019 the composition of the Board of Directors was changed as follows:

• O. Zhandosov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director – removed;
• M. Jaukenov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director – appointed.

Taking into account changes made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group consists of five persons: M. Jaukenov, A. Tulegenov, T. Kurmangaliev, Rumina Arslankyzy, E. Primbetov.
