/KASE, August 26, 2019/ – Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its Board of Directors dated August 23, 2019:
- to conduct an additional placement of 583,747 authorized ordinary shares of
the company;
- to fix the offering price of one ordinary share – the book value of a share as
of August 1, 2019, which makes KZT1,713.07;
- shares are to be placed using preemptive purchase right by shareholders;
- if the shareholders decide not to exercise their right to preemptive purchase
of shares, the company's shares should be offered by way of subscription
conducted on the over-the-counter securities market among general public.
