listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that a general
meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P00004914 will begin on August 27, 2019 at
10:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as follows:
- making amendments to the periodicity and dates of payout of dividends, the
procedure and conditions of payout on outstanding bonds ISIN KZ2P00004914;
- carrying out the payout of accrued interest on bonds ISIN KZ2P00004914.
