/KASE, August 15, 2019/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders dated August 9, 2019.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's 2018 financial statements;
- not to define the procedure of distribution of the company's net income for
2018, not to fix the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company
for 2018.
