Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) has floated the whole volumeof bonds of the second issue

/KASE, December 13, 02/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating under stock exchange's official "А" listing category, presented Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) a copy of report about results of floatation of its coupon subordinate bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY07A503; trade code of KASE - CCBNb2; KZT1.5 bn; KZT15,000, semi-annual coupon 10% APR), which had been approved by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on December 5 of 2002. This bonds issue of Bank CenterCredit OHSC was registered by the National Bank on March 21 of 2002. Date of bonds floatation starting id April 1 of 2002. According to the report about results of floatation as of October 24 of 2002 the bank's bonds of the second issue have been floated and paid in full volume. [2002-12-13]
