/KASE, August 2, 2019/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00003432 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, MREKb9) will begin on September 2, 2019.

The meeting agenda includes the issue of making amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus.
