Kcell signs revolving credit line agreement with Bank of China Kazakhstan worth KZT9.5 bn

/KASE, July 30, 2019/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement dated July 30, 2019: quote Kcell Joint Stock Company (“Kcell” or the “Company”) (LSE, KASE: KCEL), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, announces that on 25 July 2019, Kcell JSC and AB “Bank of China Kazakhstan” JSC signed an Agreement for the provision of a revolving credit line No. 192004 in the amount of KZT 9.5 billion. The term of the credit line is 36 months with a fixed interest rate of 10.5% per annum. The guarantee for the fulfillment of Kcell JSC of its obligations under this Agreement is provided by Kazakhtelecom JSC.
