/KASE, July 10, 2019/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Annual
General Meeting of its shareholders will start on July 5, 2019 at 15:00 p.m. with
the following agenda:
- on approval of the company’s financial statements for 2018.
- on the approval of the procedure for distribution of the company’s net profit
for 2018, on making a decision to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the
company and on the approval of the amount of a dividend per one ordinary share
of the company for 2018;
- on choosing an audit firm that would audit the company for 2019;
