A+ Partners LLP. According to the auditor’s report, consolidated financial
statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of
the Fund of Problem Loans and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2018, and
financial results and cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with IFRS.
