/KASE, July 9, 2019/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will start on August 9, 2019 at
15:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- on approval of the company’s financial statements for 2018.
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company’s net income for 2018
and the approval of the amount of a dividend per one ordinary share of the
company;
- on consideration of shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the
company and its officials and the results of their consideration.
